Fiscalité Audit International, formed in 2000, has grown to become a company employing 45 staff, and whose client base is predominantly involved in the tourism industry, property and related services.

Several of the largest UK tour operators are amongst our clients, and we provide specialist advice to optimise the tax implications in France and the United Kingdom. TUI UK (Crystal and Thompson), Skiworld, Esprit Holidays are our largest clients based in the United Kingdom, but we have a range of other tour operators who operate up to 10 chalets to whom we provide the same service.

We also provide advice and information for British citizens thinking of buying or having bought a property in France.

For the numerous French companies that run hotels, restaurants and bars in the Alps and other tourist destinations, we also provide accounting and tax advice, and we are regularly contacted by potential new clients for advice.

50% of our clients are French companies or sole traders, and the remaining 50% are of non French origin. The vast majority are UK based, but we also have clients in Belgium, Holland, Germany, Greece, Russia, China and Australia....

The company began with one office in Moutiers, Savoie in the French Alps. Today we have a second office in this region in Albertville as well as two further offices in St Laurent du Var, in the South of France and in London.

The senior partner and managing director of the company is M Theo BITINIS, a French chartered accountant. He is supported by 2 other chartered accountants, Daniel BRIANCON and Fabrice BONVIN. We have 4 members of staff (Richard Oldfield, Sophie Bosquet, Suzie Jennings and Natalie Corcoran) who are of British or Canadian nationality, and who ensure that the complexities of the French tax and legal system and social administation are explained to our UK clients in a language that is understood. Theo Bitinis and Richard Oldfield travel regularly to the UK, hence we are able to propose meetings in London and elsewhere in the UK.

In Summary, we aim to provide a service that is adapted to the needs of each client, encompassing accounting and payroll services, and international taxation advice.
